Abstract Submission Deadlines:

Priority Selection for Talks: Submit by May 20, 2024, for consideration for a Selected Abstract Talk.

Poster Presentation: Submit by May 26, 2024, at 5 PM (CDT) to showcase your poster at the event.

Poster Specifications:

Design your poster to fit the display area of 4×4 feet (121×121 cm). Specific poster numbers will be assigned and communicated to you upon registration packet collection at the venue.

Eligibility:

All abstract submitters must be registered participants of the symposium at the point of abstract submission.

DAREC Digital Agriculture Symposium Abstract Formatting Instructions

Please adhere to the guidelines provided to ensure consistency. LIMIT TEXT to one page. Abstracts that do not conform to these standards will not be included in the symposium’s abstract book.

Title: Use Arial 11 point and Bold.

Authors:  List in Arial 11 points. The presenter’s name should be underlined. Include all authors’ affiliations, marking them with superscript numbers for different institutions.

Authors’ Institution(s): Present in Arial 9 point.

Body Text: Arial 11-point font with 1.5 line spacing is required. Set Margins to 1.0 inch on all sides (Top, Bottom, Left, and Right).

File Name: Your submission should be named using the presenter’s last name followed by the initials, and the first four words of your abstract title (e.g., SmithJ_InnovationsInDigitalAgriculture.doc).
